電(dian)焊機是利用正負兩在瞬(shun)間短路時(shi)產生的(de)高溫(wen)電(dian)弧來熔化(hua)電(dian)焊條上(shang)的(de)焊料(liao)和被焊材料(liao),使被接觸物相結合(he)的(de)目的(de)。其結構十分簡單(dan),就是一(yi)(yi)個大功率的(de)變壓器。電(dian)焊機一(yi)(yi)般按輸出(chu)電(dian)源種(zhong)類可分為兩種(zhong),一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)是交流(liu)電(dian)源、一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)是直流(liu)電(dian)。
電焊(han)機優點(dian)(dian):電焊(han)機使(shi)(shi)用(yong)電能源,將電能瞬(shun)間轉(zhuan)換為熱(re)能,電很普遍,電焊(han)機適合在干(gan)燥的環(huan)境下工(gong)作,不需要(yao)太多要(yao)求,因(yin)體積小巧,操作簡單,使(shi)(shi)用(yong)方便,速度較快,焊(han)接后(hou)焊(han)縫結實等優點(dian)(dian)廣泛用(yong)于各(ge)個領域,特別對要(yao)求強度很高的制件(jian)特實用(yong)。

電(dian)焊(han)(han)機缺點:電(dian)焊(han)(han)機在使(shi)用的(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中焊(han)(han)機的(de)(de)周圍(wei)(wei)會產生一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)磁場,電(dian)弧(hu)燃(ran)燒時會向周圍(wei)(wei)產生輻射,弧(hu)光(guang)中有(you)紅(hong)外(wai)線(xian),紫外(wai)線(xian)等光(guang)種(zhong),還有(you)金(jin)(jin)屬蒸汽和煙塵等有(you)害物(wu)質,所以操作(zuo)時要做足夠的(de)(de)防(fang)護措施。焊(han)(han)接不(bu)適合于高碳鋼(gang)的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)接,由于焊(han)(han)接焊(han)(han)縫(feng)金(jin)(jin)屬結晶(jing)和偏(pian)析(xi)及氧化(hua)等過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)(cheng),對于高碳鋼(gang)來說焊(han)(han)接性能(neng)不(bu)良,焊(han)(han)后容易開裂,產生熱裂紋和冷裂紋。
點焊(han)機系采用雙面(mian)雙點過流(liu)(liu)焊(han)接的(de)原理,工(gong)作時(shi)兩(liang)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)加壓工(gong)件使兩(liang)層金(jin)屬在兩(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)壓力(li)下形成一(yi)定的(de)接觸(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,而焊(han)接電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)從(cong)一(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)經另一(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)在兩(liang)接觸(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻點形成瞬間的(de)熱熔接,且焊(han)接電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)瞬間從(cong)另一(yi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)沿兩(liang)工(gong)件流(liu)(liu)至(zhi)此(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian)形成回路(lu),并且不會傷(shang)及(ji)被焊(han)工(gong)件的(de)內部結構。
點焊(han)(han)的工(gong)(gong)藝過(guo)程為開(kai)通(tong)冷(leng)卻水;將焊(han)(han)件(jian)(jian)表面清理干凈,裝配準確(que)后(hou),送入上、下(xia)電之(zhi)間,施加(jia)壓力(li),使(shi)其接(jie)(jie)(jie)觸良好;通(tong)電使(shi)兩工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)觸表面受熱(re),局部(bu)熔(rong)(rong)化,形(xing)成(cheng)熔(rong)(rong)核;斷電后(hou)保持壓力(li),使(shi)熔(rong)(rong)核在壓力(li)下(xia)冷(leng)卻凝(ning)固,形(xing)成(cheng)焊(han)(han)點;去(qu)除壓力(li),取出工(gong)(gong)件(jian)(jian)。焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)電流(liu)、電壓力(li)、通(tong)電時間及電工(gong)(gong)作表面尺(chi)寸等點焊(han)(han)工(gong)(gong)藝參數(shu)對焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)質量有重大(da)影(ying)響。
